On day 4 I did a complete 360 on my eating habits. Where I had been fasting, I suddenly found myself eating a small meal every 2 hours! I kept the food really healthy and the portions small; and I was doing great. But then, at around 9PM, I suddenly felt really hungry! I’m not sure why. I had had a pretty intense day of exercise – 3 weight training sessions and then an hour on the tennis court after work – but I had been feeding my body regularly? Anyhow, I caved, and I ate a bunch of fresh foods just before bed. I ate more than I had planned to, but at least I stayed away from all and any sugars. Oh well, it’s nice to know that even when I feel the need to binge, I can do it with healthy foods instead of chips and cookies!
