This past weekend was tough. Andrea and I were away with friends for the weekend, in Pennsylvania. Food, alcohol and sitting around eating snacks! It’s tough out there for someone tryna make lifestyle changes. *Sigh* Here’s a quick recap:
The Good:
- avoided almost all sugars
- drank whisky instead of beer
- went for a 3 mile run on Saturday morning
The Bad:
- ate healthily, but still too much
- carbs, oh so many carbs
The Ugly:
- 2 slices of Pizza!
I know, I know! But it was my first “Good Times Pizza”; this is stuff of legend. The struggle continues.
