Day 5, 6 & 7

This past weekend was tough. Andrea and I were away with friends for the weekend, in Pennsylvania. Food, alcohol and sitting around eating snacks! It’s tough out there for someone tryna make lifestyle changes. *Sigh* Here’s a quick recap:

The Good:

  • avoided almost all sugars
  • drank whisky instead of beer
  • went for a 3 mile run on Saturday morning

The Bad:

  • ate healthily, but still too much
  • carbs, oh so many carbs

The Ugly:

  • 2 slices of Pizza! 

I know, I know! But it was my first “Good Times Pizza”; this is stuff of legend. The struggle continues.
